Since I was born, I had been quite weak. I decided to do exercises to strengthen my body. Fortunately I found an experienced trainer, he taught his body training knowledge and secrets to me. I have learnt the art of being healthy. My body got better than ever before. I feel there are many advantages of fitness. The most important one is that having a healthy body would allow you to enjoy life to the fullest. That is why I want to be in the field of fitness to further develop the culture of fitness.

AASFP Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
AASFP is internationally recognized training institute (http://www.aasfp.com/hk/index.aspx?langID=e&siteID=o). It is a reputable training institute in Asia, New Zealand and Australia. They have trained over 10,000 Fitness Professionals. Including the “Sports Science & Fitness Foundation Cert.” & “Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Cert.” The theoretical and practical training hours is over 100.


AASFP Nutrition and Weight Management Certification



AASFP Muay Thai Instructor (Foundation) Certification
In fitness room, we can train Muscle Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Burn Fat and Increase Flexibility. These are called “Health-related fitness components”. However, in Thai Boxing, it also improves “Motor skill-related components”. It includes Speed, Power, Balancing, Hand-eye coordination, Reaction. It lets our bodies to be more fully developed.

HKBA Boxing Referee & Judge
Being a Boxing Referee needs acute insight, precise and instant judging ability. Also he needs to be familiar with the boxing rules and regulations. This is an advance study of boxing trainer.


AASFP Sports Injury Management Certification
Injuries such as Inflexible Shoulder, Knee Joint Strain, Elbow Pain, and Ankle Sprain would let people avoid doing sports. However, avoiding doing sports would let your muscle atrophy, and easy to be injured again. Rehabilitation Exercise is a basic way of physical therapy skill to help people who had injuries. To strengthen injury-prone area.



AASFP Sports Massage Certification
Sports Massage can improve the sports performance, alleviate the tiredness after sports, and increase the time to recovery. There are three parts: Pre-workout massage, During workout massage and Post-workout massage. It is a method to maintain and reinvigorate our muscles.




AASFP Elderly Fitness Certification

Assist the elderly to exercise, the objective is not to make them to be too powerful. The training could be very simply. But the care and patience of the trainer is the most important.

Services Philosophy


We need a healthy body to fully enjoy life. In today’s society, there are a lot of illnesses and diseases. It is not because of lack of food, nutrition and medical advances. Because of the lack of exercise, I strongly promote the importance of exercising to be healthy. Right now there are over 100 of fitness facilities in Hong Kong. However, knowing how to select the right machine and to have the correct technique and posture, you need a fitness trainer to assist you. The trainer can also make a suitable fitness schedule for you to follow.

Currently the charges for a personal fitness trainer in a center cost more than HK$500 per hour lesson. Most people cannot afford it. I provide my services at a more reasonable price. I hope more people know about better fitness skills.

The first lesson would include assessment. It lets you know your body condition, know which machine and exercises are suitable for you. The second lesson would be formal training. It is progressive and with quality.

Charges:
HK$250 per hour lesson (Nowadays, the charges of fitness center is over HK$500!). There is a traveling cost if outside of Mong Kok area.
